Create a partner account
A business name, an email and a password. That is the whole form.

Fill in a template
Pick the template that fits your venue, then describe exactly what a gifter is buying — what is included, how long it lasts, which branch it is used at.

We review it before it goes live
A first listing is read by hand, so what reaches the catalog is what you agreed to deliver.

Gifts sell, guests arrive with a code
A gifter pays Hiru, the recipient gets the gift by SMS, and your staff scan the QR when they walk in.

- Redemptions are gathered up and paid out on a weekly run. Anything that lands late is simply picked up by the next one.

- You add a payout account and we verify it before the first settlement — a payout is never raised that we cannot actually send.

What venue owners ask before they list.
What does it cost to list?
Nothing to join and nothing per listing. Hiru takes a share of a gift's value when that gift is redeemed, so a package nobody uses costs you nothing at all.
Do I need new equipment?
No. Redemption is a page in a browser. If your staff have a phone or a tablet, they already have the scanner.
What if the recipient never comes?
Then there is no redemption, and nothing to settle for it. You are only ever paid for gifts that were actually used at your venue.
Who decides what is in the package?
You do. What is included is agreed with your venue up front and shown to the gifter before they pay — which is why what sells is what you deliver.
Can I change a listing later?
Yes, from the workspace. Changes to what a package includes are reviewed the same way the first version was.
How do I get paid?
Into a payout account you add and we verify. Settlement runs weekly and covers every redemption since the last run.

Transparent pricing: no monthly fee and no listing fee. Your commission rate is agreed during onboarding, and it is taken from a gift only when that gift is redeemed.
